1.0 What size is the oxygen cylinder / tank that SJA sells?
D size.  A full D size cylinder / tank has between 350 to 425 litres of oxygen (a.k.a. 2000 to 2200 psi).

1.1 How long does a full D size oxygen cylinder / tank last?
Under OFA 2 & 3 protocol, if a casualty is given the standard oxygen flow rate (15 Lpm), a full D-size cylinder will last about 25 minutes.
