Customers that bought a Philips AED will hear a chirping sound if there is an issue with the device.  The customer should push the blue "i" button and the device will inform the customer what the issue is.  If the machine indicates that the pads or battery need to be replaced even though these items have not expired, tampered with or used, the customer can get more support or replacements from Philips.  Unfortunately, Philips will only deal directly with the end user and not the supplier on these matters.


The Philips technical support toll free number is 1-800-263-3342.  Once the customer connects, there will be a series of options to choose.  Press 1 to choose the first option.
